Lakshmi Narasimhan

Founder & CEO, CHOiiCE Edutech Pvt Ltd

Lakshmi Kala Narasimhan is a results-oriented Enterprise Learning Leader and Certified Career Clarity Coach with 26 years of experience in HR-Strategic Recruitment, Learning & Development and Career Coaching.
A National Award winner in Learning Design and recipient of the Economic Development Forum's Women Entrepreneurship Award, she combines structured learning with deep human insight.
She founded CHOiiCE with a simple belief: Career clarity can change lives.
Through CHOiiCE and her proprietary VISPER™ Framework, enables students and professionals to gain clarity, build confidence and make informed career decisions.
Lakshmi's Blueprint by CHOiiCE online career coaching approach integrates career strategy with mindset development, drawing from her background as a Certified NLP Practitioner, Alpha Mind Power Facilitator and a Yoga practitioner, creating career clarity that is both practical and deeply personal.
After coaching hundreds of individuals through 1:1 career guidance, Lakshmi launched CHOiiCE as a tech-enabled career discovery platform, helping participants gain career clarity in just 360 engaging minutes.
